Reopen Course Section Survey

If a course section survey has closed but needs to be reopened, you can reopen it while the survey project is still open.

When This Is Needed

• A survey closed too early
• Students need additional time to respond
• The course section survey end date was set incorrectly

How to Fix It

1. Go to Survey Setup → Survey Projects
2. Open your Live Survey Project
3. Click the Closed tab
4. Find the correct course section survey
5. Scroll to the right and click the three-dot menu
6. Select Reopen Survey
7. Set a new End Date
8. Click Save

⚠️ Important

• You can only reopen surveys while the survey project is still open
• Make sure the new end date is correct before saving

After Completing This

• The survey will move back to Live & Upcoming
• Students will be able to access the survey again
