Reset Student Survey Response
Reset a Student’s Survey Response
If a student submitted a survey incorrectly or needs to retake it, you can reset their response.
When This Is Needed
- A student selected the wrong answers
- A student needs to retake the survey
- You need to remove a test or invalid submission
How to Fix It
- Go to Survey Setup → Survey Projects
- Open your Live Survey Project
- Click Live & Upcoming Course Section Surveys
- Find the correct course section
- Click Edit
- Select Student Enrollments
- Search for the student
- Click the blue reset button next to their name
⚠️ Important
- This will permanently delete the student’s response
- The student will need to complete the survey again
After Completing This
- Confirm the student can access the survey
- Ask them to resubmit (if needed)
